The Kupongo browser add-on gives users a way to gain access to coupons and voucher codes without the hassle of needing to find them. The add-on simply displays coupons and voucher codes when visiting a site if any are available.
Most of your work will be related to the Kupongo add-on and usually, it will be helping users with coupon codes, vouchers, and other helpful information.

  • Stay updated on our product features, offerings, and customer service policies, ensuring that you provide the most current and accurate information to our customers.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to further improve our customer service and to share insights about customer needs.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and suggest improvements.
